EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND-To my customers, I bring honesty, dedication and over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. I joined Century 21 so that I could bring the resources of the worlds largest Real Estate Company to my customers. Century 21 sells more Real Estate than any other Real Estate Company. My Grandfather came to this area in 1910 to farm and my family has been engaged in farming and ranching for nearly 100 years which gives me a life long experience to draw from in assisting my customers.
A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ME-I was born and raised in the Klamath Basin. I have three grown children and two grandchildren. I attend Calvary Chapel of Klamath Falls. I am an amateur radio operator,K6QIE. I enjoy photography and especially the outdoor opportunities in the Klamath Basin.

This ranch was once lake bottom that has been drained therefore the soil is rich lake bottom peat. There are 853 deeded acres on the ranch. The soils produce pasture, potatoes, beets, barley, currently in wheat. The irrigations is simple with pivots and wheel lines and the bonus is the free water from the lake.
